What You Will Do

• Pick up and deliver goods as requested with a courteous and helpful attitude.
• Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately.
• Use your initiative to anticipate and solve delivery issues.
• Keep the Dispatch Officer informed of your progress and any delays.
• Drive safely and take good care of the company vehicle.
• Prepare boxes for shipments when needed.
• Monitor packaging materials and alert the Operations Supervisor when stock is low.
• Handle airport duties, including import and export, as directed.
• Work periodic weekends as scheduled.
• Maintain an abundant stock of packaging materials and labels.

What You Bring

• Current driver's license (Class B).
• A good driving record and knowledge of the metropolitan area.
• A pleasant and proactive manner with customers.
• Familiarity with cold chain management and basic dangerous goods (DG) practices is an advantage.
• A strong sense of urgency balanced with attention to detail.
• Initiative, common sense, and a customer-focused mindset.
