Job Description

Join North America’s largest tank truck transporter and logistics provider. As a Dispatcher, you will execute daily plans for the movement of freight within your assigned area, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and schedule deliveries accordingly.
• Manage the daily activities of drivers.
• Provide frontline customer service for existing accounts.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Monitor emails and web portals for orders and updates.
• Solicit freight from customers and create loads in the dispatch system.
• Share dispatch responsibilities with team members.
• Perform on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Ability to complete required training and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
