Job Overview

Malta House, Inc. is a transitional living program where moms receive long-term support while building independence job. We have an onsite nursery, and we need an experienced Nursery Assistant to fill in temporarily and support the care of children aged 0-3 years job.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the physical, social, and developmental care of infants and toddlers job.
• Implement a structured daily schedule focused on age-appropriate learning and discovery job.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized, trauma-informed learning environment job.
• Keep complete children files and accurate documentation as required job.
• Ensure confidentiality for all persons served job.
• Perform additional duties as assigned job.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years professional experience in a childcare setting job.
• Experience working with infants and toddlers job.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills job.
• Strong attention to detail and a caring nature job.
