We are seeking a full-time Field Service Technician I to service equipment in St. Paul and surrounding areas job. You will be responsible for fixing, upgrading, and performing preventative maintenance on coin & currency equipment, ATMs, software, and other specialized office products at client sites job.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, upgrade, and maintain company equipment job.
- Travel daily using a company-provided vehicle to visit client sites job.
- Collaborate with branch staff to meet client needs job.
- Address customer service requests within the specified response time job.
- Provide extended hours coverage and be on-call when needed job.
- Maintain a balanced parts inventory in the vehicle job.
- Keep the company vehicle clean and serviced according to schedule job.
- Safeguard all company-issued assets (tablet, mobile phone, etc.) job.
- Perform additional duties as assigned job.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Technical Service role or similar background job.
- Impeccable integrity and ability to access highly secured environments job.
- Occupational licenses may be required depending on the territory/job.
- Strong electromechanical aptitude job.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive attitude job.
- High attention to detail and ability to proof your own work job.
- Proficiency in iOS, MS Office, and Windows OS job.
- Personable and capable of working with all levels of staff job.
- Strong "customer first" communication and body language reading skills job.
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking job.

Physical Requirements & Travel
- Must travel and drive to client sites 90% of the time; about 10% overnight travel may be required job.
- Long drive times may be encountered depending on territory job.
- Ability to lift, push, or carry 50+ pounds, including heavy equipment, is required job.
- Job involves kneeling, bending, twisting, lifting, and squatting up to 60% of the time job.
