We are seeking a full-time Field Service Technician I to service equipment in St. Paul and surrounding areas job. You will be responsible for fixing, upgrading, and performing preventative maintenance on coin & currency equipment, ATMs, software, and other specialized office products at client sites job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, upgrade, and maintain company equipment job.
  • Travel daily using a company-provided vehicle to visit client sites job.
  • Collaborate with branch staff to meet client needs job.
  • Address customer service requests within the specified response time job.
  • Provide extended hours coverage and be on-call when needed job.
  • Maintain a balanced parts inventory in the vehicle job.
  • Keep the company vehicle clean and serviced according to schedule job.
  • Safeguard all company-issued assets (tablet, mobile phone, etc.) job.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned job.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Technical Service role or similar background job.
  • Impeccable integrity and ability to access highly secured environments job.
  • Occupational licenses may be required depending on the territory/job.
  • Strong electromechanical aptitude job.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive attitude job.
  • High attention to detail and ability to proof your own work job.
  • Proficiency in iOS, MS Office, and Windows OS job.

Physical Requirements & Travel

  • Must travel and drive to client sites 90% of the time; about 10% overnight travel may be required job.

  • Ability to lift, push, or carry 50+ pounds, including heavy equipment, is required job.
  • Job involves kneeling, bending, twisting, lifting, and squatting up to 60% of the time job.
