Your Future Functions
- Provide a warm welcome and reception for customers, visitors, and employees.
- Answer telephone calls and route them appropriately.
- Manage emails and other forms of communication.
- Maintain the meeting schedule and manage conference room bookings.
- Support with administrative tasks such as archiving and scanning documents.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and parcels.
- Handle external service tasks when necessary.
- Manage accommodation and travel reservations.
- Keep the reception area organized and tidy.
- Assist in organizing events and meetings to support operational efficiency.
What We Expect From You
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a receptionist or in similar administrative roles.
- Complete secondary education (technical or higher education in related areas is an added value).
- Previous experience in reception or administrative roles.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in managing accommodation and travel reservations.
- Knowledge of administrative and secretarial procedures.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese, both oral and written.
