What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and beverages.
- Take orders and engage with customers in a friendly manner.
- Ensure the cafe is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Manage the coffee station and assist with general cafe operations.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills.
- Support your colleagues during busy periods by helping with various tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for coffee and creating great experiences for guests.
- Barista skills are a huge plus, but we can train the right candidate.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Conversational German is required for communication purposes.
