Position Summary
At W Algarve, our goal is not just to provide a smooth check-in and check-out; we create an experience that is both memorable and unique. As a Welcome Desk Agent, you will be a Guest Experience Expert responsible for guiding guests throughout their stay.
You will process operational tasks, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local highlights—all while ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide assistance from check-in to check-out.
- Process operational needs and complete required reports.
- Address guest requests and provide local information.
- Ensure a safe working environment and follow company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
- Uphold quality standards through professional personal appearance and communications.
- Engage in tasks that require standing, walking, and light manual handling (up to 10 pounds).
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required; training is provided.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No special licenses or certifications are needed.
