We are seeking a dedicated School Assistant to provide crucial administrative support to our leadership, teachers, and technical staff, ensuring the smooth delivery of the curriculum and enhancing our students’ educational experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Primary Senior and Middle leadership, teachers, and technical staff.
• Assist with school-wide tasks including attendance tracking, timetable management, and cover arrangements.
• Manage pupil enquiries and register requests for class cover due to illness or special events.
• Help organize room changes for lessons, examinations, and special events.
• Support the academic office in curriculum design, timetable administration, and options processing.
• Assist in coordinating software for monitoring pupil welfare.
• Perform general office duties such as answering phones and handling emails.
• Work flexibly including occasional evenings, open days, and parents’ evenings.

• Confidence in using ICT and office software.
• A positive attitude, willingness to adapt, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• High school certificates or equivalent qualifications.
