Main Responsibilities
- Provide support in managing Air Export shipments.
- Issue transport and customs documentation.
- Create and send supplementary invoices and credit notes.
- Record cost estimates for special shipments.
- Send pre-alerts to all involved parties.
- Physically select and prepare documentation for destinations.
- Use the Cargo Wise1 tool for shipment management.
- Coordinate export shipments and keep clients informed about their progress.
Requirements
- Theoretical knowledge in logistics and transportation.
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
- Completion of a higher technical degree in logistics/transport and/or international trade within the last 3 years.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- English proficiency at B1+/B2 level.
- Good command of Excel, Office, and Outlook.
