🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Patrolling & Access Control:
- Patrol public and staff areas to minimize losses and maintain security protocols
- Control staff entrances and ensure only authorized personnel and vendors access the property
- Secure and unlock doors as needed
- Emergency & Incident Management:
- Respond promptly to any emergency situations
- Handle lost & found operations
- Issue employee ID cards, name tags, and manage locker assignments
- Compliance & Safety:
- Adhere strictly to Health and Safety Regulations and Four Seasons policies
- Maintain a safe work environment through proactive monitoring and reporting
- Communication & Coordination:
- Collaborate with team members and management to escalate issues and share updates
- Maintain accurate records and reports on security incidents and patrol activities
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum one year of experience in a similar security role (hotel experience preferred)
- Certifications: Security certifications are preferred
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of building systems and basic computer operations
