🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Transportation & Delivery:
- Safely transport food, beverages, and catering equipment to event locations
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents

Team Collaboration:
- Interact professionally with clients and event staff, representing Hilton positively
- Coordinate with the catering team to schedule deliveries and setup
- Assist catering staff with loading and unloading items

Compliance & Maintenance:
- Operate company vehicles in compliance with Qatar’s traffic laws and safety regulations
- Ensure items are properly secured during transit and follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Report any mechanical issues or necessary repairs to the relevant department
- Maintain cleanliness and regular servicing of the vehicle

Flexibility & Responsiveness:
- Handle last-minute changes or requests with professionalism and flexibility
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of driving experience, preferably in catering, hospitality, or logistics
- License: Valid Qatar Truck Driving License (Heavy or Medium, as required)
- Personal Skills:
- Professional appearance with strong communication skills
- Calm, courteous, and discreet in all interactions
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deliveries
- Familiarity with Doha’s routes and traffic patterns is an advantage
- Experience handling perishable food items and catering equipment is preferred
- Other: Clean driving record and thorough knowledge of traffic regulations
- Location Requirement: Must be based in Doha, Qatar
