Job Description job:

We are seeking a proactive Research Manager to oversee a portfolio of social network research projects job. In this role, you will study the impact of networks on economic interactions in developing economies. You will coordinate multiple stakeholders, supervise research teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure data quality for high-impact evaluations job.

Key Responsibilities job:

• Portfolio Coordination job: Work with partners, researchers, and field staff to define indicators, design data collection tools, and maintain detailed project plans job.
• Supervision job: Mentor research associates, oversee data collection and analysis, and ensure quality in field experiments job.
• Budget & Schedule Management job: Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring timely deliverables job.
• Reporting & Communication job: Lead meetings, report progress, and resolve issues to keep projects on track job.

Desired Qualifications job:

• Master’s degree in economics, social sciences, data sciences, computer science, or a related field job
• At least three years of relevant work experience job
• Strong understanding of experimental methods and programme evaluation job
• Proficiency in data analysis software such as Stata, R, or Python job
• Excellent quantitative skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment job
• Previous experience in development research is preferred job
• High levels of integrity and commitment job
