🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Safety & Rescue:

  • Use appropriate rescue techniques for swimmers in need
  • Monitor the pool area for dangerous conditions and unsafe activities
  • Provide immediate assistance to injured guests until emergency services arrive

• Guest Service:

  • Promote pool rules and facility regulations
  • Ensure a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
  • Assist individuals with disabilities and address guest service needs

• Maintenance & Reporting:

  • Obtain, fold, and stack towels as per company procedures
  • Wash, mop, and clean the pool deck regularly
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
  • Perform regular inspections of tools and equipment

• General Duties:

  • Follow all hotel policies, confidentiality requirements, and quality standards
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive communication at all times
  • Engage in other reasonable duties as assigned

✅ Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Certifications:
  • CPR Certification
  • First Aid Certification
  • Any additional certifications required by local/state agencies
• Experience:
  • No prior work experience is necessary; training will be provided
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move at required speeds
  • Capable of lifting objects up to 50 pounds without assistance (over 75 pounds with assistance)
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to respond quickly in emergencies
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • A friendly and professional demeanor; fluency in English (Arabic is an asset)
