Join our team as a Houseman in Doha, Qatar, and become a vital part of our housekeeping crew. Your role is to ensure that guest areas and back-of-house spaces remain pristine and well-maintained. You will support room attendants and other departments by performing a range of cleaning, maintenance, and logistical tasks that contribute to a seamless guest experience.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- General Cleaning & Maintenance:
- Follow all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards
- Report for duty on time in a neat uniform with polished shoes
- Perform daily cleaning of guest corridors/foyers, including wall and door washing, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning of light fixtures and elevator tracks
- Sweep and wet-mop emergency staircases and other common areas per schedule
- Guest & Staff Support:
- Respond promptly to guest and management requests
- Assist room attendants by providing linens and supplies as needed
- Fulfill guest requests such as laundry pick-up, delivery of toiletries, and collection or setup of rollaway beds and baby cribs
- Refill housekeeping closets and ensure ample stock of amenities, supplies, and linen on each floor
- Inventory & Reporting:
- Assist in inventory checks for linen, guest request items, and amenities
- Maintain proper filing of reports, task sheets, and checklists
- Report missing, damaged, or sub-standard furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Additional Duties:
- Help with moving and rearranging furniture in guest areas and office spaces
- Assist with special projects and support other housekeeping positions (e.g., Turndown Attendant, Public Area Attendant) as assigned
- Ensure all back-of-house areas, including storage and offices, remain clean and organized
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, move furniture, and handle equipment
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with fellow associates and other departments
- Flexibility to assist in various housekeeping duties as directed by management
