- Location: Tel Aviv, Israel (Hybrid work model from our Tel Aviv office)

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Primary HR Contact:
- Serve as the go-to person for HR-related inquiries and concerns, offering expert guidance and timely solutions.
- Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee recruitment, performance management, and employee retention processes.
- Assess and address professional development needs to drive continuous growth.
- Policy Development:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with company values, operational policies, and Israeli labor laws.
- Data Management & Collaboration:
- Manage the HR database and collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless HR processes.
- Culture & Environment:
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive work culture that empowers employees and enhances their overall experience.
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Language Skills:
- Native-level proficiency in English and Hebrew (essential).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases (experience with HiBob is a plus).
- Personal Attributes:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle complex, sensitive situations with empathy and clarity.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Energetic, motivated, and professional, with a proven track record of thriving in dynamic environments.
