Join our team as a Front Desk Supervisor and lead a dynamic front desk team to deliver exceptional guest service. Your role is to ensure smooth check-in procedures, manage guest queries, and maintain high service standards aligned with Hilton’s values.
Key Responsibilities job:
- Listen to and understand guest and team member requests and issues job
- Ensure regular attendance and adhere to scheduled shifts job
- Work varied schedules to meet hotel business needs job
- Support and motivate front desk staff with effective management practices job
- Participate in training sessions and lead on-the-job training for new team members job
- Act as a coach and mentor to enhance team performance and development job
- Maintain discipline and ensure team adherence to policies and procedures job
- Oversee guest check-in procedures, verify reservation details, and secure payments job
- Escort guests and ensure a warm, welcoming arrival job
- Handle guest complaints promptly and follow up to ensure satisfaction job
- Manage guest profiles and promote Hilton Honors to enhance guest loyalty job
- Allocate rooms based on guest preferences and maintain inventory management job
- Operate the Front Desk system and handle other duties as assigned job
Qualifications & Requirements job:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required job
- 2 to 3 years of related work experience is preferred job
- Excellent communication skills and basic computer proficiency job
- Strong interpersonal skills to deal with guests and team members job
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively job
