Job Description job:

Join our team as a Fire Officer and lead security operations during your shift. You will supervise security officers, manage patrols, and ensure that safety protocols are strictly followed to deliver a secure experience for our guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities job:

  • Supervise security shifts to ensure proper patrol patterns and frequencies.
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly with professional communication.
  • Implement and follow first aid and fire emergency procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area, meeting Hilton standards.
  • Motivate and communicate effectively with team members to promote team spirit.
  • Investigate theft and manage undesirable behavior professionally.
  • Support hotel evacuation procedures during emergencies.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements job:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in security or law enforcement.
  • Good knowledge of fire safety, disaster procedures, and evacuation protocols.
  • SIA trained and licensed is required.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Good grooming standards and a positive attitude.
