Key Responsibilities job:

• Participate in the development and execution of business strategies job
• Assist the Director Culinary to meet financial and guest service goals job
• Ensure quality and consistency in preparing and presenting menu items job
• Conduct food inventory and place orders to meet restaurant and banquet demand job
• Participate in food tastings and review competitor menus to provide feedback job
• Maintain and update menu recipes and instruct kitchen staff on proper preparation job
• Coordinate service with restaurant and banquet operations job
• Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure staff maintain a professional appearance job
• Complete assigned kitchen projects promptly and professionally job
• Follow all sanitation practices and maintain documentation to exceed food safety guidelines job
• Support Food & Beverage outlets and assist in training kitchen staff job
• Help plan and execute banquet and off-site event preparations job

Qualifications & Requirements job:

• Proven experience in a high-pressure kitchen environment job
• Strong leadership and team management skills job
• Excellent understanding of culinary techniques and quality standards job
• Ability to conduct food inventory and manage kitchen orders job
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills job
• Commitment to adhering to safety, sanitation, and food quality guidelines job

Educational Qualification & Experience job:

Relevant culinary qualification and significant experience in a fine dining or high-volume kitchen is preferred job.
