Key Responsibilities job:

  • Participate in the development and execution of business strategies job
  • Assist the Director Culinary to meet financial and guest service goals job

  • Conduct food inventory and place orders to meet restaurant and banquet demand job
  • Participate in food tastings and review competitor menus to provide feedback job
  • Maintain and update menu recipes and instruct kitchen staff on proper preparation job

  • Complete assigned kitchen projects promptly and professionally job
