Lead our kitchen as the Chef de Cuisine - Continental. You will develop and execute a diverse, innovative menu that balances classic and modern flavors. Ensure high quality, consistent food preparation and presentation while meeting our hotel standards.
Work closely with the Director Culinary to meet financial targets and guest satisfaction goals. Your role also involves mentoring kitchen staff and coordinating with restaurant and banquet operations to deliver a top-notch dining experience.
Key Responsibilities job:
- Develop, plan, and update the continental menu job
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency job
- Conduct food tastings and review competitors’ menus job
- Oversee kitchen operations and manage food inventory job
- Supervise and train kitchen staff job
- Coordinate with F&B outlets and manage banquet setups job
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards job
