🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing engineering team
- Empower team members to achieve their best work and drive positive impact on the organization

Project Development:
- Direct the development of services and infrastructure for key products
- Partner with Product and Architecture teams to break down complex projects into actionable roadmaps

Quality & Process Management:
- Establish and deliver processes that drive engineering quality and meet SLAs
- Serve as a thoughtful technical advisor to guide diligent software engineering decisions

Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with the talent organization to source and hire exceptional engineers

Strategic Contribution:
- Balance business needs with team goals to ensure code quality and best practices
- Drive continuous improvements that make tangible, measurable enhancements to our technology and development lifecycle
✅ Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:
- 5+ years of managerial experience leading a team of at least 6 engineers
- Proven track record of enhancing technology performance and process efficiency
- Hands-on technical experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and managing Cloud-native infrastructures

Skills:
- Strong brokering skills with a knack for achieving cross-departmental consensus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in troubleshooting and implementing modern software engineering practices

Bonus Attributes:
- Experience building high-volume distributed systems in fintech or complex financial infrastructure
- Exposure to global, distributed, or multi-cultural teams
- Background in computer science or equivalent experience is a plus

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Computer Science, Electrical, or related fields); Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus
