Job Responsibilities job:
- Manage customer interactions as per rostered schedule job
- Take ownership of calls and provide clear, friendly responses job
- Offer solutions and educate customers on products and services job
- Update your knowledge on products, systems, processes, and policies job
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and capture customer details accurately job
- Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines job
- Manage outbound campaigns as required by business needs job
- Build and retain customer relationships through excellent service job
- Follow all contact center policies, procedures, and codes of conduct job
Educational Qualification / Experience job:
Required: 10+2 or Graduation degree in any discipline job. Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in BPO (mandatory) job.
