Housekeeping Room Attendant – Quesnel, BC

Employer: Tower Inn & Suites / Begbie's Bar & Restaurant

Location: 500 Reid Street, Quesnel, BC, V2J 2M9

Salary: $18.15 – $20.00/hour (negotiable)

Hours: 15 to 35 hours per week

Employment Type: Seasonal, Part-time leading to Full-time

Start Date: As soon as possible

Workplace Type: On-site only

Job Responsibilities

• Clean floors: sweep, mop, and polish
• Dust furniture and vacuum carpets, rugs, drapes, and upholstery
• Make beds, change sheets, and restock toiletries
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Handle lost and found items
• Attend to guest requests for supplies
• Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
• Empty trash containers and ensure rooms are guest-ready

Requirements

• Language: English
• Education: High school diploma
• Experience: Asset, but not mandatory
• Certificates: WHMIS certification preferred
• Transportation: Own transport required

Work Conditions

• Fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Must be comfortable with bending, kneeling, and long periods of standing
• Work under pressure and tight deadlines
