Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Transport Officer to join our team in Modrice, Czech Republic. In this role, you'll be responsible for processing transport orders, managing documentation, and ensuring shipments are tracked efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

• Process transport orders based on loading, unloading times, and the price list.
• Perform administrative tasks in the groupage department.
• Process transport documentation and enter data into the forwarding system.
• Check the loading and movement of shipments, and track missing shipments.
• Update and monitor the status of ordered collections.
• Print transport orders and labels, record and archive documents.
• Prepare documentation for complaints and lost shipments.
• Handle driver cash and manage deposits.
• Resolve duplicate and incorrectly labeled shipments.
• Manage pallet accounts and cash on delivery per requirements.
• Communicate and cooperate with the manager and carriers to resolve issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Completed secondary education and a clean criminal record.
• Knowledge of English is welcome.
• Willingness to work in a three-shift operation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general PC skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, independence, and stress resistance.
• Experience in the logistics industry is a significant advantage.
