We are now looking for a skilled Technical CRM Consultant to join our team in Lisbon, with flexible remote work options available.
Your Responsibilities
- Implement and configure CRM systems, focusing on HubSpot and other leading platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Develop and customize CRM solutions through API integrations, automation, and workflow development.
- Integrate third-party tools into existing CRM systems.
- Provide technical consulting and support for customers with complex requirements.
- Analyze and optimize data structures within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Conduct technical training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams.
- Identify new technological opportunities to improve CRM performance.
What You Need to Succeed
- Multiple years of experience in technical implementation and customization of CRM systems.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics, including API integrations.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, SQL, or similar.
- Experience with REST APIs and webhooks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in data analysis and data modeling.
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented work approach.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Team spirit and a drive for continuous professional development.
Nice to Have
- Experience with additional marketing automation or CRM tools (e.g., Emarsys, Bloomreach, SALESmanago, Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce Pardot).
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge in data warehousing and BI tools.
