Job Description

Manage incoming supplies, check quality, and keep inventory records updated. Organize storage areas to keep them tidy and secure. Ensure that items are available when needed and follow hotel standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Receiving & Inspection: Check and verify all deliveries to meet quality standards.
• Storage & Organization: Arrange supplies in designated areas neatly and securely.
• Inventory Management: Update records, perform stock counts, and note any discrepancies.
• Issuance & Control: Distribute supplies to authorized staff while following control procedures.
• Stock Level Monitoring: Track inventory levels and recommend adjustments.
• Compliance & Safety: Follow hotel policies and safety rules.
• Communication: Work with department heads and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed logs of receipts, issues, and stock levels.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Experience in storekeeping or inventory management, ideally in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Skills: Basic math, attention to detail, and good organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift, push, and pull heavy items and stand for long periods.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in inventory management or storekeeping.
• Knowledge of inventory software and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
