Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate Sous Chef job. Work at a renowned hotel in the Bad Waltersdorf area and prepare regional and seasonal delicacies at the highest level job. Immediate start available job.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food and perform mise en place activities job.
• Represent the Head Chef in daily operations job.
• Participate in optimizing and coordinating kitchen work processes job.
• Ensure smooth production and compliance with HACCP guidelines job.
• Develop new dishes and help design menus with the Head Chef job.
• Support and guide the kitchen team job.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Completed training as a cook job.
• Several years of professional experience in a kitchen job.
• Careful working methods and strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards job.
• Teamwork, quality awareness, and commitment job.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays job.
• Passion for fresh, natural, and organic food job.
• A class B driving license and own vehicle are an advantage (not required) job.
