About the Role
Telia Vestkanten is looking for a Shop Assistant (20%) to join our dynamic retail team. As a key member of our store, you will help create outstanding customer experiences and play an important role in implementing campaigns and operating routines based on our core values – Dare, Care, Simplify.
What You’ll Do
- Provide excellent customer service and support in our Telia store.
- Implement campaigns and standard operating routines within the shop.
- Engage with customers by sharing your interest in our products and services.
- Work as part of a team that is dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and during holiday seasons.
Who We Are Looking For
- A responsible initiator who is enthusiastic and friendly.
- Results-oriented and motivated by working towards goals.
- Excellent communication skills in Norwegian.
- Experience in sales is a plus, but the most important quality is your passion for customer service.
- Ability to contribute ideas and initiatives that enhance customer experiences.
