Job Description
This is a new shop assistant job. You will work at our Tartu South Centre store. Your tasks include serving customers, stocking shelves, checking product freshness, baking in the bakery, and keeping the store clean.

Educational Qualification / Experience
You do not need many years of experience. A background as a shop sales assistant is a plus. You should be ready to learn and work hard.
Salary & Benefits
Salary is above the industry average of €1,110 gross per month. You also get a commitment fee of up to €100 gross per month, annual salary increase, and compensation for every minute worked. Extra benefits include health insurance from day one, sick pay from day two, sports compensation, and extra days off like your birthday.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve customers at the cash register and in the store
- Stock shelves and check product freshness
- Bake in the bakery area as needed
- Keep the store clean and organized
- Set up attractive product displays
- Participate in inventories
Qualifications / Requirements
- You must speak Estonian at least at B1 level
- You must be 18 or older
- You must be willing to work by a set schedule
- Physical, active, and ready for varied work
- Experience as a shop sales assistant is a plus
