Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage internal and external security teams.
- Safeguard company assets, including stock and infrastructure.
- Oversee candidate screening, including polygraph tests and interviews.
- Manage risk assessment, incident response, and crisis management.
- Execute security enhancement projects across company sites.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of security experience in the industrial and retail sectors (mandatory).
- Proven experience with low voltage systems (mandatory).
- Experience in interrogation and questioning techniques (preferred).
- High availability and responsiveness outside standard working hours.
