Job Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and professional service to guests and colleagues.
  • Patrol all resort areas to ensure safety and security.
  • Handle trespassers and unauthorized visitors promptly.
  • Perform security and baggage checks when needed.
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and take action on any issues.
  • Observe and report vehicle violations, parking issues, and speeding.
  • Respond quickly to fire alarms, investigate causes, and report findings.
  • Assist with guest and staff concerns, offering first aid when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments and record daily activities.
  • Follow all hotel and corporate security policies and procedures.
  • Participate in hotel committees and additional assignments as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous security or safety experience in a luxury hotel is preferred.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification is required; advanced certification is a plus.
  • Fire safety or firefighter training is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work well within a diverse, multicultural team.
