Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the HoReCa sales team in the Northern Ostrobothnia region. You will be independently responsible for designated customer accounts, managing both existing and new customers in line with Valio Aimo's sales strategy. You will sell high-quality products from a respected brand house that is a daily part of Finnish life.

Your role involves customer management, sales and performance reporting, budgeting, planning, analysis, and regular monitoring of results. You will work closely with chain and field sales, sales support, and sales planning teams, ensuring strong internal collaboration.

What We Expect From You

• Strong track record in sales and new customer acquisition
• Excellent attitude and the drive to make things happen
• Professional skills to develop and maintain responsible customer relationships
• Experience in managing supplier relationships
• Good numerical, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience in Foodservice wholesale trade and/or the food industry
• Cooperative, customer-oriented, and proactive mindset
• Ability to work independently, systematically, and swiftly
• Willingness to travel within Finland
• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English (Swedish is an advantage)
