Job Overview

For our client – a company with over 60 years of experience in refrigeration technology – we are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Technician to join their team in Lier. This is an immediate start opportunity on a temporary basis with a possibility of transition to permanent employment.

Main Responsibilities

• Work as part of an experienced team in the construction, installation, and connection of various cooling systems across different domains.
• Install pipework in a technically correct manner.
• Install and connect compressors, cooling units, roof condensers, and other components to the cooling technology and electrical system.
• Perform brazing and electrical connections where necessary.
• Approach tasks with a problem-solving mindset and ensure correct administrative follow-up of work performed.

Requirements

• Refrigeration technology certificate.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• At least 2 years of experience with HVAC and refrigeration installations.
• Possession of a valid Category B driving license.
• Proficiency in Dutch (C2 level preferred).
