Key Responsibilities
- Support the smooth running of the kitchen department to deliver the highest quality guest dining experience.
- Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and provide timely responses to enquiries and problem resolution.
- Take responsibility for your assigned duties, ensuring work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
- Help achieve departmental plans and targets, aligning with hotel initiatives.
- Collaborate with your immediate supervisor to control costs and inventory while ensuring productivity and performance.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting our company culture and values.
- Ensure compliance with all legislation, internal policies, and best practice procedures through proper planning and documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in a kitchen environment is beneficial but not essential.
- A hands-on approach with a “can-do” work style.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of your duties.
- Personal integrity and the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
- Experience working with IT systems on various platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
