Job Description

We are seeking a skilled cyber security professional to lead our IT security team. You will design, implement, and maintain robust security measures. Your role is key to protecting our IT systems, data, and infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead a team of junior security specialists.
• Design and implement security solutions for aircraft and camera systems.
• Create and review technical specifications, circuits, and PCBs.
• Simulate and test electronic circuits.
• Prototype, test, and iterate on your designs.
• Prepare production drawings and manage documentation.
• Manage components and test equipment for production.
• Implement changes and improvements in current products.
• Develop proposals for new product development.
• Handle incident response and risk assessments.

Educational Qualification / Experience

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. At least 5 years of IT security experience is required, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Strong expertise in cybersecurity frameworks and tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR/XDR).
• Experience with security compliance standards like ISO 27001, GDPR, CIS, etc.
• Proficient in eCAD software, preferably Altium Designer.
• Skilled in programming with C/C++ or Python.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Independent, proactive, and a strong team leader.
• Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
