What You’ll Do
- Maintain, upgrade, and install company endpoints.
- Implement security policies on endpoints and servers.
- Enforce security policies on all devices and users.
- Design and set up automation processes to boost team efficiency.
- Provide technical support within sensitive networks.
- Automate and improve support processes continuously.
What You Bring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Eager to learn and improve.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in help desk or tech support roles.
- Ability to work under pressure with strong interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of networks and experience with network hardware configuration.
