Job Purpose
The role is to ensure high quality service by delivering targets, meeting objectives, and maintaining customer satisfaction job. Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is a problem solver and works well both independently and in a team job. You must be socially competent, a good listener, and committed job. At least 1 year of customer service and/or shipping industry experience is required job. Fluency in Danish and English in both written and spoken form is compulsory job, along with good working knowledge of modern IT systems like Google Workspace and MS Office job.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Daily correspondence with customers regarding containers and shipment handling job
- Collaborate with departments such as sales, accounting, operations, and equipment control job
- Communicate with our ONE-offices worldwide job
- Ensure quality standards to maintain and enhance customer service job
