Key Responsibilities
- Represent FedEx courteously to customers and consignees.
- Pick up and deliver packages on defined routes.
- Ensure required paperwork is completed correctly.
- Use initiative to anticipate and solve delivery problems.
- Keep the Dispatch Officer informed of delivery progress and delays.
- Drive safely and maintain company vehicles.
- Prepare shipment boxes and monitor packaging material stock.
- Perform airport duties as directed, including import/export tasks.
- Work periodic weekends and overtime during busy times.
What You Bring
- Current valid driving license (Category B); 2+ years of driving experience is an advantage.
- Good driving record and knowledge of the metropolitan area.
- Understanding of cold chain management and basic DG protocols is a plus.
- Reliable, energetic, and customer-focused with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
