What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service from the Cashiering window.
- Process checkout and return transactions while ensuring shrink is minimized.
- Monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area.
- Proactively seek product and project knowledge to inform customers and identify upselling opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues by providing accurate information and first-level escalation support.
- Operate the airport shuttle when required (must have a clean driving record).
About You
- Previous customer service experience is essential.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and bubbly personality with a big smile.
- Experience in cash handling is required; a background in banking is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be available 24/7 on a rotating roster (including weekends and holidays) and at least 20 years old with a good credit history to obtain a Certificate of Approval.

Schedule Details
Shifts are on a rotating schedule between 8:30am and 7:30pm. Flexibility is key to managing this fast-paced environment.
