Job Overview

Surya Software Systems creates innovative software products for Financial Control & Risk Management and offers implementation services to banks and financial institutions job. We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to study customer processes, analyze regulatory requirements, and support our technical team through the implementation cycle job.

Key Responsibilities

• Study, understand, and document customer business processes and requirements in the Financial Control & Risk Management domain job.
• Prepare gap analysis between Surya products and client requirements job.
• Review country-specific central bank regulations on risk management and advise the technical team during requirement gathering and implementation job.
• Participate in requirement gathering, acceptance testing with both internal and external customers, and support post-implementation phases job.
• Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), checklists, and user manuals job.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication and strong listening skills with a flexible, positive work approach job.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team job.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for implementations and discussions job.
• Educational Background: UG in Commerce (B.Com) and a PG qualification (MBA/PGDM in Finance) job.
• Experience in the financial services or IT domain is preferred job.
