Key Responsibilities
- Support the smooth running of the guest relations department.
- Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and promptly resolve enquiries and issues.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner.
- Help achieve departmental targets and implement hotel initiatives.
- Collaborate with supervisors to manage costs and control inventory.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
Requirements
- Experience in guest relations is beneficial but not essential.
- Hands-on, can-do work style with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to find creative solutions and take full ownership of tasks.
- Experience working with IT systems on various platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication skills are required.
