Job Details
As a babysitter (child care worker), you will play a vital role in driving and developing the pedagogical work in line with the preschool curriculum job. Working closely with your colleagues, you will:
- Develop and adapt learning environments that support, stimulate, and challenge children's learning job
- Reflect on and analyze activities in relation to children's development and learning job
- Monitor, evaluate, and problematize the results of planned activities to improve goal fulfillment job
- Maintain regular parent contacts and handle documentation as part of everyday work job
- Participate in subject network meetings and municipal network meetings for joint planning and assessment job
Job Requirements
We are looking for a trained nanny with strong pedagogical skills, or candidates with other relevant pedagogical training/experience deemed suitable by the employer job. All candidates must provide an extract from the criminal records register in accordance with the Education Act requirements.
Knowledge of Meänkieli and/or Finnish is an advantage as Pajala Municipality is part of the administrative area for both languages job.
