Join our team at a popular ramen restaurant. You will welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages. Upsell items to boost revenue and ensure guest satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide them to their tables
• Take food and beverage orders and serve guests
• Upsell food & beverages to optimize revenue
• Anticipate guests' needs and serve promptly
• Set up mis-en-place / side stations before shifts
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the outlet
• Assist in preparing the restaurant for food service

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an F&B setting
• Service-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
• Cheerful and pleasant personality
• Available to work rotating shifts on weekends and public holidays
• Strong teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment
