Job Description job:

Join our team as a Security Officer. In this role, you will patrol, monitor, and enforce security procedures to ensure a safe guest and member experience. You will investigate theft, manage undesirable behavior, and support evacuation procedures when needed.

Key Responsibilities job:

• Monitor and control staff entrances
• Conduct regular searches of bags and report any violations
• Manage the goods pass-out procedure for purchased or loaned items
• Maintain records for departmental keys and monitor contractor activities
• Operate and check the CCTV system
• Patrol hotel premises and record fire walk inspections
• Support safe cash transfers and assist in evacuation during emergencies
• Monitor suspicious packages and follow bomb threat procedures
• Provide secure storage for guest oversized items
• Maintain the security log book and incident reports
• Investigate theft, criminal damage, and other incidents
• Liaise with police in the absence of a team leader
• Report maintenance or hazard issues to the supervisor
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications & Requirements job:

• High school graduate or above
• At least 2 years of law enforcement or military training experience
• Knowledge of fire, disaster, and evacuation procedures
• SIA trained and licensed
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain discretion
• Good grooming standards and professional attitude
