Job Responsibilities job:
- Ensure that only documented vehicles leave the lot job
- Protect company property and staff by maintaining a safe environment job
- Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances job
- Act lawfully in defense of life or property job
- Apprehend criminals and evict violators when necessary job
- Take detailed notes of unusual occurrences job
- Report suspicious incidents job
- Patrol building and perimeter regularly or randomly job
- Monitor and control access at entrances and gates job
- Watch video cameras job
Qualifications & Requirements job:
- Previous experience as a security guard or in a relevant role job
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security protocols job
- Strong surveillance skills and attention to detail job
- Integrity and professionalism job
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation job
