🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Campus Security:
  • Patrol the campus to ensure the safety and security of all areas
  • Monitor surveillance equipment and control access points
• Protocol & Emergency Management:
  • Develop and implement security protocols, procedures, and emergency response plans
  • Conduct security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend measures
• Team Coordination & Training:
  • Train new security personnel on fire alarm systems and evacuation procedures
  • Assign security duties and manage shift schedules for the security team
  • Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services
• Enforcement & Reporting:
  • Enforce security protocols consistently and document incidents
  • Provide clear, detailed reports on security activities and any issues encountered

✅ Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Training: Completion of a certified security training program
• Experience: Prior experience in security or related fields is preferred
• Skills:
  • Strong observational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • First aid/CPR certification or a good knowledge of safety systems is a plus
• Personal Attributes:
  • Clean criminal record and ability to pass a drug test
  • Physical fitness with the ability to stand for long periods and respond to emergencies
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
