Job Description
At Hotel Enzian, you will work in a lively a la carte area offering good home cooking focused on Austria and Italy. You will greet guests, manage check-ins, and support daily front office operations.
- Handle guest check-ins and registrations
- Welcome guests with courtesy and a radiant smile
- Assist with inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Support branch-related activities and ensure smooth operations

Your Profile
- Experience in reception (training or relevant professional experience)
- You love working with people and enjoy customer service
- Speaking English is a plus

- Experience with Elite systems is a bonus
- A sense of humor and a strong team spirit
