🎓 Educational Qualification / Experience
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
💬 Job Responsibilities
- Answer and process telephone calls, provide feedback, and schedule calls.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers via phone and email.
- Follow up on daily planning and track hours worked.
- Assist with project administration alongside project managers.
- Handle price requests and prepare quotations.
- Collect and verify work orders.
- Keep the customer database updated.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
✅ Qualifications / Requirements
- Strong command of Dutch (C2 – Proficient) and French (B2 – Upper Intermediate).
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Discretion, drive, and precision are essential qualities.
