🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to machinery breakdowns in the Hatchery and perform necessary repairs
- Recalibrate instruments and carry out oiling and cleaning of site equipment
- Schedule and execute maintenance checks and planned overhauls
- Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety regulations at all times
✅ Skills & Qualifications
- Engineering Trade qualification or equivalent is essential
- Previous Mechanical Engineering experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment
- Poultry processing experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable (availability for occasional weekend hours required)
- Important: Only candidates eligible to work in New Zealand will be considered
