Job Details:
- 📍 Location:
2099 Sovereign Crt, Kamloops, BC, V2E 2M1 - 🚗 Workplace: On the road (Frequent or constant travel is required; work locations may vary)
- 💵 Salary: $27.50 per hour for 30 to 40 hours per week
- 🕒 Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- ⏰ Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Early Morning, and Morning (Immediate start)
- 🗣️ Language Requirement: English
Qualifications & Certifications:
- 🎓 Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
- 🛠️ Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related role
- 🏆 Certification: Forklift Operator Certification is a must!
Work Environment:

Key Responsibilities:
Bring your expertise to the forefront with tasks such as:
- Staff Management:
- Hire, train, and arrange ongoing training for cleaning staff
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, including janitors, caretakers, and building superintendents
- Operational Oversight:
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations
- Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
- Assist cleaners in performing their duties when needed
- Coordinate work activities with other departments
- Establish work schedules and maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies

- Perform tasks involving bending, crouching, kneeling, standing, and walking throughout long shifts.
