📝 Job Description
Join our prestigious team at Saint-Malo Golf Resort for the 2025 season! As a Golf Gardener, you will work under the supervision of the steward to maintain and enhance our beautiful golf course and surrounding areas. Your daily tasks will include mowing all surfaces, raking bunkers, performing specialized tasks (spike aeration, dethatching, verticut, sanding, refilling, etc.), fertilization, maintaining green spaces around the clubhouse, collecting golf balls, pruning and clearing, and assisting with course renovation (creating Berlinoises, tees, etc.). You will enjoy a varied and engaging role that combines both outdoor and hands-on work in a stunning environment.

• Location: Ille-et-Vilaine, France (Saint-Malo Golf Resort, Le Tronchet area)
• Employer: Saint-Malo Golf Resort
• Sector: Restaurants and Mobile Food Service Activities
• Work Schedule: Full-time (35 hours per week)
• Contract Type: Seasonal Fixed-term (8 Months: mid-March to early November 2025)
• Weekend Work: Approximately once every 4 weeks
• Salary: Based on profile and experience
• Additional Perks: Possibility of accommodation

• Skills:
  • Expertise in groundskeeping and golf course maintenance
  • Experience in mowing, fertilization, and specialized landscaping tasks
  • Ability to handle course renovation work (creation of Berlinoises, tees)
• Qualifications:
  • Versatile, motivated, and proactive
  • Preferred: Graduate in Green Spaces and/or CS Golf Gardener
• Personal Traits:
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
